Blvk H3ro and Wayne J - Young Boss
Rising Jamaican artistes Blvk H3ro and Wayne J have teamed up once more through US-based label, Delicious Vinyl Island to release "Young Boss". The single, nestled on what has been described as a 'new-age' dancehall beat is an ode to young entrepreneurs who have been ‘bossing up’ in their respective fields. It was produced by Bob Riddim and Greatest Records and has been creating a wave digitally since its audio release. The music video has officially premiered and the visuals are representative of young creatives going against the grain and rising within their industries. The video was shot and directed by local cinematophy company IIFold (Two Fold Creative Studios).
Good friends, Wayne J and Blvk H3ro frequently collaborate ideas and share the same burning passion for not just music for youth empowerment. Wayne J, at just 17 years old has already accomplished quite a bit with appearances on the Rebel Salute and Sting stages and the release of his debut EP ‘A Wayne J Enuh’ back in 2013. Blvk H3ro has also proven that he epitomises the ‘Young Boss’ title with his lyrical prowess, strong vocals and eccentric style. His most recent album, ‘The Immortal Steppa’ was released in 2019 and it only propelled him even further in the reggae industry - so much so that he’s labelled as one to watch by various entertainment publications. - VRTICAL
